1. How big is Unique Visions Upscale Events?

Our venue offers a spacious 8,000 square feet of event space, including a large ballroom, private suites, and a beautiful courtyard.

 

2. What is the capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests standing or 250 guests seated, including courtyard space.

 

3. What is included in my rental?

Your rental includes access to our ballroom, courtyard, bridal suite, groom’s suite, caterer’s kitchen, tables, chairs, and standard linens (choice of black, white, or ivory). Additional amenities such as security, custom décor, and bar service may also be included depending on your package.

 

4. What is the cost?

We offer multiple rental packages tailored to your event needs. Pricing varies based on event type, guest count, and duration.

• Discounted rates for non-profits and schools

• Rentals include a set number of hours for event time plus load-in and load-out

• Additional hours may be purchased if needed

5. How many hours are included with rental?

Hours vary depending on the package you select. Please refer to our current price sheet or call us for details.

 

6. Are we required to use your vendors?

No. You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors. However, we also have a list of preferred vendorswho are familiar with our space and can help ensure your vision is brought to life seamlessly.

 

7. Do you have heating and air conditioning?

Yes. Our venue is equipped with a state-of-the-art climate control system to ensure your comfort year-round.

 

8. Should we hire a party or wedding planner?

Not necessarily. Our team can provide design and coordination services to make your event enjoyable and stress-free. However, if you already have a planner, we are happy to collaborate with them.

 

9. Who can I talk to for venue needs on the day of the event?

An on-site representative is included with your rental and will be present for the duration of your event to address venue-related needs.

 

10. How many restrooms do you have?

We have two spacious, ADA-compliant restrooms conveniently located for your guests.

 

11. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our entire venue is fully ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible, including restrooms and entrances.

 

12. What is parking like?

We provide ample free parking directly on-site for your guests.

 

13. Do you allow outside catering? 

Yes. Outside licensed and insured caterers are welcome. We also offer a list of trusted caterers who are familiar with our venue.

 

14. Can we bring our own alcohol? 

Outside alcohol is not permitted. However, we provide bar services and professional bartenders as part of your rental package.

 

15. How do I reserve my date? 

A signed contract and $500 non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your event.
