At Unique Visions Upscale Events, we take pride in every event we host. A key part of our success is the incredible team of vendors and partners who help bring each client’s vision to life. We have an open vendor policy, allowing clients the flexibility to choose their own vendors. That said, we also maintain a network of trusted vendors we regularly work with, known for their creativity, professionalism, and exceptional service—ask us for recommendations!

Our venue and rental packages are designed to accommodate a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings. We offer both 8-hour and 12-hour rental options, while design services are completely separate. Pricing includes access to essential amenities such as our large covered patio, ballroom, caterer’s kitchen, bridal suite, man cave, tables, chairs, linens (black, white, or ivory), custom bar, coolers, and one security guard, depending on the package.

• Monday–Thursday: Event: $1,250–$1,750 | Wedding: $1,750–$2,250

• Friday: Event: $2,500–$3,000 | Wedding: $3,000–$3,500

• Saturday: Event: $3,000–$3,500 | Wedding: $3,500–$4,000

• Sunday: Event: $1,750–$2,250 | Wedding: $2,250–$2,750

Patio-Only Rentals

• Monday–Thursday: $1,000 (4 hours)

• Friday–Sunday: $1,000–$1,750​
